Accessibility
In Red Eléctrica de Telecomunicaciones, Innovación y Tecnología S.A.U., we firmly believe that all people, regardless of their disability, should be able to access, under equal conditions, the services that the company’s website makes available to the general public.
Accessibility guidelines defined by W3C, the World Wide Web Consortium, encompass three levels of accessibility:
- Level A: is a basic requirement for some user groups. Its non-fulfilment would impede the access of some people to information/web content.
- Level AA: the target is to remove significant access barriers. Its non-fulfilment could hinder the access of some people to information/web content.
- Level AAA: improved accessibility, but its non-fulfilment would not prevent users from being able to access information/web content.
We publish a corporate website with a multi-device design and developed following web accessibility guidelines was launched Level Double-A, in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0.
